We purchased below market value properties and converted them into high yielding student HMOs.
2 properties are located in the popular student location of Wavertree and the other in Preston near the popular University of UCLan. The Preston property was already a let out HMO instantly providing income and no requirement of further investment. The 2 Liverpool properties were in extremely poor condition which was reflected in the purchase price.
We extended the properties with single story extensions providing a better living experience for the tenants whilst maximising the number of bedrooms.
Since letting our first student properties back in 2013 we have experienced 100% occupancy rates due to location, house specification and our own lettings/management.
