Corran Partners is a trading style of proprietors Andrew Corran and Michael Corran.
As a service we need to collect and process personal data in order for our service to function properly. How we use personal data (Fair processing notice)
Personal data the we may process:
- personal details (e.g. name, address)
- phone numbers
- email addresses
- investing status - High net worth individual, sophisticated individual or other.
Primary purposes for processing
We obtain this information to assess the investor's postion in accordance to the FCA rules. These details are also used to send newsletters and contact investors in regards to investing opportunities.
Disclosures to third parties
The only data disclosed to third parties is to the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). The DPS is a service authorised by the Local Government and is used to protect tenant's deposits.
Where your personal data are stored
Most personal data about you will be stored on servers within the UK or elsewhere within the European Economic Area (EEA) and have been determined by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for your personal data.
How long will your data be kept?
Except as otherwise mentioned in this privacy notice, we keep your personal information only for as long as required by us:
- to provide you with the services you have requested;
- to comply with other law, including for the period demanded by our tax authorities;
- to support a claim or defence in court.
Cookies are files sent by web servers to web browsers, and stored by the web browsers.
The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables a web server to identify and track web browsers.

Access: You have the right to request access to and be provided with a copy of the personal data held about you together with certain information about the processing of such personal data to check that we are processing it lawfully and fairly.
Correction: You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.
Deletion: You have the right to request erasure of any personal data held about you where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it, or where you have exercised your right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Restriction: You have the right to request restriction of how we processes your personal data.
Objection: You have the right to object to Corran Partners from processing of any personal data which is based on the legitimate interests, or those of a third party, relating to your particular circumstances.
Portability: You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data in an electronic format where the basis of the processing such personal data is your consent or the performance of a contract, and the information is processed by automated means.
Complaints: You have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or any other EU supervisory authority.
